Job Description

Project Engineer

Engineering projects to support Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB) portfolio.

Lead product changes including new material selection, supplier changes, production-line transfers, and component updates across sheet metal, molded plastics, stamped parts, and packaging.
Coordinate engineering activities with design, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and suppliers to implement product and process changes.
Develop and execute mechanical and electrical performance test plans for product verification and validation.
Evaluate test results against design requirements, engineering guidelines, applicable codes, and industry standards.
Support root-cause analysis, technical problem solving, and resolution of product or manufacturing issues.
Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, specifications, test reports, and change records throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure engineering changes meet requirements for product performance, quality, manufacturability, and reliability.
