The Role • Ensure safe and punctual train operations, primarily from Hamburg, supporting additional routes as needed. • Conduct passenger train journeys in compliance with all regulations and safety standards. • Operate trains across the national FlixTrain network. • Maintain reliable communication with dispatch, colleagues, and passengers. • Perform pre- and post-operation tasks to ensure train readiness. • Contribute to a positive and professional passenger experience. What You'll Need • Completed training as a train driver (TfV class A+B1 or VDV 753 class 3). • Preferably several years of experience in railway operations, particularly in passenger transport. • Route knowledge around Hamburg is advantageous. • A strong sense of safety and responsibility. • Excellent communication, service orientation, and teamwork skills. • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
