Technical Project Manager / Technical Delivery Manager with LumApps & SaaS Experience

Core Responsibilities:

Delivery & Project Management

1. Manage end-to-end delivery of platform implementation and configuration engagements for assigned client
2. Own project governance, milestone tracking, risk/issue management, and documentation (project plans, RAID logs, status reports, handover packs)
3. Act as primary delivery point of contact for assigned client accounts
4. Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and manage cross-workstream dependencies
5. Facilitate client-facing governance meetings, sprint reviews, and steering committees
6. Proactively identify and escalate risks/blockers to leadership

Consulting & Technical Delivery

1. Serve as product specialist/SME, advising clients on configuration, features, and best practices
2. Translate client requirements into delivery plans and configuration briefs for technical teams
3. Partner with Solutions Architects to resolve complex technical/business issues
4. Configure and customize the platform to meet client-specific requirements
5. Drive client adoption and successful implementation outcomes

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

1. Prepare client and internal reporting/presentations
2. Maintain knowledge base articles, best practices, and reusable delivery assets

Qualifications:

1. 10+ years in technical/business consulting, delivery management, or enterprise software implementation
2. Proven client-facing delivery track record (governance, steering committees, escalation management)
3. Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall)
4. Strong requirements-translation and configuration skills; UX/UI familiarity a plus
5. Excellent stakeholder communication able to run both delivery governance and hands-on solution conversations
6. Working hours aligned to US Eastern Time (EST/EDT), Monday to Friday
7. PMP/ITIL or equivalent certification a plus
