Human Resources Business Partner

They have a great opportunity available for a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join their growing HR team. This position is office based in London 5 days per week.

The HRBP will:

• Assist with the alignment of HR strategies across the business
• Partner with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives while providing HR advice on daily people matters
• Drive workforce planning and organisational design initiatives, creating practical solutions that support business needs and future growth
• Collaborate with the wider HR team, sharing knowledge and learning new skills

We’re looking for:

• Around 7 years of HRBP experience, gained in a revenue generating environment (Trading, Investment Banking, Markets, and Research)
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Good knowledge of EMEA employment law and regulations
• Experience using Workday and other HRIS platforms
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
