The Role • Operate and monitor modern packaging lines and integrated testing systems. • Ensure accurate documentation and control of all production steps, including batch records and logbooks. • Perform and document cleaning and maintenance of equipment according to quality standards. • Participate in the partial disassembly of machinery and assist with machine setups. • Contribute to product quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. • Maintain order, cleanliness, and 5S principles within the packaging area. What You'll Need • Completed 2-year vocational training, preferably in a technical or pharmaceutical field. • Previous experience operating production machinery. • Good PC skills, including experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) software. • Ability to understand complex processes and work proactively and responsibly. • Strong collaboration skills and a commitment to teamwork within the packaging department. • High level of reliability, independence, and good communication skills. • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and undertake job-related further training. • Excellent written and spoken German language skills.
