Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration from Duo MFA to Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Authenticator.
• Manage technical migrations, including discovery, planning, testing, pilot deployments, phased cutovers, rollback planning, defect resolution, and post-production stabilization.
• Coordinate with identity engineering teams, application owners, IT operations, helpdesk, and change-management stakeholders.
• Ensure operational readiness while managing project schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and status reporting.
• Oversee the retirement of SMS and voice MFA methods, handling various user and device scenarios.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and technical project delivery.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access policies, and authentication configurations.
• Familiarity with Epic, Citrix FAS, Duo-to-Entra ID migrations, authentication-strength policies, and enterprise-wide MFA adoption is highly preferred.
• SC-300 and AZ-500 certifications are a plus.
