Fully Remote -  Hiring for Senior Quality Engineer / SDET -  9 months CTH (contract to Hire)

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Engineer / SDET with strong hands-on experience building and scaling test automation. The ideal candidate will be highly technical, proactive, and capable of establishing automation practices while promoting a shift-left quality approach across the software development lifecycle. Experience leveraging AI tooling within quality engineering/testing is a key requirement.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing solutions.
Establish or enhance test automation frameworks and quality engineering practices.
Drive shift-left quality, integrating testing earlier into the development lifecycle.
Partner closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to improve overall software quality.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and reliability.
Leverage AI-enabled tools/approaches to enhance quality engineering and test automation.
Troubleshoot complex quality issues and independently drive them to resolution.
Work proactively with minimal direction in a complex environment.
