Lead UX Designer . Lead Product Designer role within a global SaaS business operating banking and capital markets companies . £80,000 to £90,000 . Work on products used by leading edge organisations to protect billions of pounds globally. The Role This is a senior individual contributor role sitting at the heart of a data-centric product experience. You will own the design of analytics and performance tools used by FinTech organisations to better understand the threat landscape. Key Responsibilities . Lead the end-to-end design of data-centric product features, from early discovery through to launch and iteration . Define the structure, hierarchy, and interaction patterns of performance dashboards and analytics tools . Partner closely with product managers and engineers throughout the full product development lifecycle . Use research findings and data insight to validate design decisions and drive continuous improvement . Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and quality across the product . Shape product direction, defining what should be built and articulating the reasoning clearly to stakeholders . Identify opportunities to embed AI into the design process and mentor team members in its practical application . Communicate design rationale and complex problem spaces clearly to cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders What You'll Need Essential . 8+ years of professional product design experience . A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design, data storytelling, and interaction design for complex systems . Proven experience designing analytics dashboards, data visualisation tools, or similar data-heavy product surfaces . Experience working with and evolving design systems . Proficiency with Figma . Right to work in the UK and able to commute to Belfast two days per week Nice to have . Background in e-commerce, retail technology, or social media environments . Experience in a multinational product development organisation Why Apply? . £80,000 to £90,000 depending on experience .
