Required Skills & Responsibilities

Architectural Design & Strategy

- Lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Experience Cloud sites.
- Choose between LWR and Aura templates based on performance, scalability, and SEO requirements.
- Design secure solutions using External Identity, SSO, Account Relationship Data Sharing, and Apex Managed Sharing.
- Define branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines for Experience Cloud deployments.

Technical Development

- Develop high-performance, reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) optimized for the LWR framework.
- Implement Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS for personalized user experiences.
- Build scalable automation using Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex for high-volume external users.

Data & Integration

- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud to provide unified customer profiles and 360° customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain integrations with ERP, AWS, Marketing Cloud, and other external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Named Credentials.

Leadership

- Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce best practices, governor limit compliance, and scalable architecture.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and present technical roadmaps to executive leadership.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and user stories.
