Service Design and Transition Lead

Umbrella Engagement - 6 months - West Midlands - £600/day - Large Transformation Background - In depth Knowledge in all aspects of Service Design and Service Transition. ITIL Accreditation's.

Successful candidate will have worked across multiple industry sectors - would be nice to have worked (but not essential to have worked in sectors like retail or finance).

Essential that you will have worked on Target Operating Models and Strategy and also large scale ERP/CRM transformation programmes.
