MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER – COMMERCIAL FIT OUT (DECARBONISATION / INFASTRCTURE) Location: City of London<br />Salary: £90,000 + Package Linea Recruitment are working with a well-established MEP Contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of Commercial and Education projects across London. Projects range from £5m - £10m and include schools, colleges, universities and commercial office developments.

Responsibilities:

• Full project delivery from inception to completion<br />• Management of mechanical subcontractors<br />• Procurement and resource planning<br />• Programme management<br />• Client and consultant liaison<br />• Management of site teams<br />• Cost control and reporting<br />• Commissioning and handover Experience Required: • Mechanical Building Services background<br />• Strong HVAC and pipework experience<br />• Previous experience delivering education or commercial projects<br />• Proven track record managing projects above £5m<br />• Strong communication and leadership skills This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing contractor with a healthy order book and long-term secured work
