Working across CAT A and CAT B office fit-out, high-end commercial interiors and healthcare projects, you'll be responsible for driving projects from pre-construction through to successful handover, ensuring programmes, budgets and client expectations are consistently exceeded.

The Role Delivering CAT A and CAT B commercial office fit-out projects from inception to completion.<br />Managing high-end workplace, corporate and healthcare schemes.<br />Taking ownership of project budgets, cost control, reporting and commercial performance.<br />Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, consultants and supply chain partners.<br />Managing project programmes and ensuring delivery milestones are achieved.<br />Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.<br />Leading project meetings and providing clear progress reporting.<br />Ensuring quality, health &amp; safety and customer expectations are met at every stage.<br />Managing successful project handovers and resolving any delivery challenges.

About You Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within construction or fit-out.<br />Proven track record delivering CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects.<br />Experience within commercial offices, corporate workplaces, healthcare or high-end interiors.<br />Strong cost management and financial reporting capabilities.<br />Client-focused with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<br />A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to develop and progress.<br />Practical construction experience gained through project delivery rather than purely academic routes.<br />Well-rounded, proactive and capable of taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
