As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping implementation outcomes by connecting business needs with practical platform solutions. This role is centered on understanding how stakeholders work, identifying opportunities to improve processes, and helping translate those needs into clear functional direction that supports successful delivery and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Analyze workflows and recommend improvements using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing, training, and post-implementation support activities.
- B.Tech and MBA degrees.
- 3+ years of ServiceNow business analysis experience.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Experience with process mapping, requirements elicitation, and facilitating stakeholder workshops in client-facing stakeholder environments.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Eligibility to work in India.
- Holding a ServiceNow CSA or a relevant implementation certification is a plus.
