Job Description:-

Mandatory Skills: Technical Architect/Lead Java, Spring Boot & Cloud with Healthcare Domain

Experience

12 18+ Years

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to design and lead the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud technologies, DevOps, and modern software architecture. The Technical Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and infrastructure teams to define technical solutions and ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design enterprise-grade software architecture and technology solutions.
  • Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
  • Lead architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
  • Design scalable Microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Drive cloud adoption and cloud-native architecture.
  • Define API, database, security, and integration architecture.
  • Review code quality, performance, scalability, and security.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new technologies.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure system reliability, observability, logging, and monitoring.
  • Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning.
  • Drive technical governance and architecture compliance.
