Test Engineer - Manufacturing / Operations / Maintenance
We are seeking an Engineer to perform engineering work in operations, production, construction, or maintenance environments. This role is responsible for supporting the design, development, analysis, and improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, systems, structures, and facilities while ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with engineering standards and procedures.

This is an individual contributor role requiring the ability to apply professional engineering expertise, exercise sound judgment, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform engineering work in operations, production, construction, or maintenance environments
• Design and scale manufacturing processes, instruments, and equipment
• Test manufactured products to maintain quality standards
• Plan, design, and estimate time and cost for engineering-related projects and activities
• Oversee the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, systems, and components
• Analyze engineering problems related to manufacturing equipment and systems
• Investigate causes of component failures and develop engineering solutions
• Develop and apply engineering standards and procedures
• Provide technical advice and guidance on engineering-related issues

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and practical experience required
• Understanding and application of engineering procedures and concepts within the discipline
• Ability to make sound judgments based on practice and previous experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
