Tableau BI Specialist

Tableau BI Specialist Contract | London (Hybrid)

We're looking for an experienced Tableau BI Specialist to design, develop, and optimise enterprise-scale BI solutions for a major telecoms environment. This is a 612 month contract offering a competitive day rate, with 2 days per week onsite in London Paddington or Reading Green Park.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable Tableau dashboards, reports, and scorecards
• Develop robust data models and optimise SQL queries
• Implement BI governance, security, and performance best practices
• Integrate data from cloud and on-premise platforms
• Deliver advanced analytics, forecasting, and data storytelling
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define KPIs and drive data-led decisions
• Mentor junior BI professionals and support enterprise BI initiatives

Key Skills:

• Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Cloud, and Tableau Prep
• Advanced SQL and data warehousing knowledge
• Experience with dimensional modelling and large enterprise datasets
• BI governance, security, and performance optimisation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with DBT, GCP, Atlan, or predictive analytics is highly desirable
