What You'll Need • Completed technical apprenticeship, ideally as a Production Mechanic, or a comparable qualification in a (electro-)technical trade with mechanical or textile technology interest. • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of production machinery. • Ability to work independently, reliably, and as part of a team. • A keen eye for quality and a passion for optimizing operational processes.
