Produktionsmechaniker | Langenwolschendorf, Germany | On-site

The Role

  • Ensure the operational readiness and functionality of production machinery.
  • Implement process improvements to reduce setup times and optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to enhance process reliability.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime and upkeep costs.
  • Provide coverage and support for machine operators as needed.

What You'll Need

  • Completed technical apprenticeship, ideally as a Production Mechanic, or a comparable qualification in a (electro-)technical trade with mechanical or textile technology interest.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of production machinery.
  • Ability to work independently, reliably, and as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for quality and a passion for optimizing operational processes.
