Position: Junior Java Backend Developer

Location: Remote – Must support PST time zone

Experience: 0–2 Years (Not more than 2 Years)

is looking for a talented and motivated Junior Java Backend Developer with strong fundamentals in Java, Data Structures, and Algorithms. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or early-career professional from a reputed university, preferably among the Top 100 universities in the USA, with a strong academic record and a passion for backend development.

·       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a reputed university.

·       Preferably graduated from a Top 100 university in the USA

·       Minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0 or equivalent.

·       0–2 years of professional experience in Java/backend development.

·       Strong programming skills in Java, Data Structures, and Algorithms.

·       Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), problem-solving, and core computer science concepts.

·       Familiarity with backend development, REST APIs, and databases.

·       Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

·       Must be available to work remotely while supporting Pacific Time (PT) business hours

Hacker Rank Assessment– Coding and problem-solving evaluation.

Implementation Partner Technical Interview – Technical evaluation with an interviewer currently working with the Client’s Project.
