HOME SERVICES STAFFING COORDINATOR

Elite Care Management, a rapidly growing home health care agency, is seeking a reliable and detailed-oriented Staffing Coordinator to support our private duty and home services patients at our Naperville office. This role is a vital connection between our patients, caregivers, and internal teams - ensuring smooth scheduling, strong communication, and exceptional service.

STARTING SALARY: $65,000/annual

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily scheduling for private duty and home care patients
  • Respond to staffing needs, schedule changes, and new patient requests
  • Communicate professionally with patients, families, caregivers, and referral sources
  • Assist with on-call staffing needs as required
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update records as needed
  • Collaborate with HR and Clinical Managers regarding staffing performance or concerns
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Performing patient opening’s paperwork, manage Home Services patient's charts, do home visits - checking on patients and staff

  • CNA Certificate Preferred
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Strong ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Independent problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
  • Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
