JIRA Developer / Administrator
Pay Rate: $70-100hr W2 Location: Rosslyn, VA Work Schedule: Onsite 5 days per week Clearance: Active TS/SCI required, must be willing to sit for CI Poly Duration: Long-term program We are seeking a JIRA Developer / Administrator to support a long-term DISA program in Rosslyn, VA. This role will support system integration, API connectivity, agile processes, and ITSM-related efforts within a secure enterprise environment. This is a strong fit for someone with experience supporting technical integrations, workflow configuration, agile environments, and enterprise service management tools. Responsibilities: Support JIRA administration, configuration, and workflow management
Assist with integrations between systems using APIs
Support agile process alignment and tool improvements
Help improve ITSM-related workflows and system connectivity
Collaborate with developers, engineers, and program teams
Troubleshoot tool, workflow, and integration issues in a secure environment Desired Experience: Experience with JIRA administration, development, or configuration
Experience integrating systems using APIs
Understanding of agile practices and ITSM processes
Ability to support workflow improvements and enterprise tool integration
Experience in DoD, IC, or federal environments preferred Requirements: Active TS/SCI clearance
Willingness to sit for CI Poly
Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Rosslyn, VA
