A profitable and successful national consultancy are looking for a client focused Director level Project Manager to join their team working on a flagship project in the Healthcare sector, valued in excess of £100m.<br />The position involves working on a large Healthcare scheme in East Anglia, leading a small team of Project Managers and with a proven track record in managing senior stakeholder interfaces, reporting and governance.<br />Our client has a busy project pipeline for the remainder of 2026 and 2027.

They are recruiting for a Director level Project Manager due to growth of their regional business and the progression of a key project with a major client in East Anglia.<br />Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<br />Direct and coordinate all project activities, ensuring the team adheres to established governance protocols and maintains seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.<br />Act as the primary interface for clients and consultants, proactively anticipating their needs to consistently deliver high-value outcomes across all regions.<br />Enforce rigorous standards in Health and Safety, Quality Assurance, and Risk Management to ensure projects meet all regulatory and safety benchmarks.<br />Establish clear parameters for project success, specifically defining the time, cost, technical specifications, and performance KPIs from the outset.<br />Develop comprehensive, detailed project plans and establish the specific governance systems and processes required to execute the work efficiently.<br />Identify necessary project resources and provide expert advice on procurement strategies to ensure the project is adequately staffed and supplied.<br />Lead and motivate diverse, multi-disciplinary teams, facilitating collaboration and using performance management techniques to keep productivity high.<br />Monitor project finances and manage the formal change control process to mitigate scope creep and protect the project's commercial viability.<br />Manage the transparent flow of data between the internal team and the client through regular briefings, formal progress reports, and structured meetings.<br />Desirable Experience<br />- Minimum 10 years+ experience as a Project Manager for a Consultancy or End-client.<br />- Excellent client facing skills with a track record of stakeholder management.<br />- Contract administration using NEC and JCT would be highly advantageous.<br />- Degree or MSc qualified in a construction related discipline.<br />- MAPM or MRICS or MCIOB is desirable, but not essential.<br />- Previous Roles:

Associate Project Manager OR Senior Project Manager OR Principal Project Manager OR Project Manager OR Director of Project Management OR Project Director.<br />Qualifications &amp; Skills:

Degree or MSc qualified in a construction related discipline or comparable qualification.<br />MAPM or MRICS or MCIOB or another comparable professional membership would be advantageous.<br />Application Process:
