The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services directly to customers at their location. • Manage your own mobile workshop, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. • Conduct a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and pre-checks. • Maintain accurate service records and manage essential stock for van operations. • Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service and advice. • Adapt to a dynamic work environment with each day presenting new challenges. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points. • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
