Senior Project Manager – Water & Regulated Utilities (London)
iO Associates are expanding a Water & Regulated Utilities team for a leading consultancy, who are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure programmes for major UK water utilities and environmental agencies.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams (plan, cost, risk, schedule, reporting)
- Be the senior client lead, driving strong governance and outcomes
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee NEC3/NEC4 commercial/contract performance
- Ensure best practice across H&S, regulatory and programme controls
What we’re looking for
- 5–8+ years delivering complex infrastructure programmes (ideally water / regulated utilities)
- Strong stakeholder leadership + team management
- NEC3/4, cost control, risk/change management
- Tools: MS Project / Primavera P6 (Power BI / SharePoint desirable)
- APM PMQ / PRINCE2 (chartership a bonus)
