Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted adviser to CEOs, CFOs, Boards, and senior management teams on strategic and corporate matters.
• Lead and develop long-term relationships with corporate clients across a range of sectors.
• Advise clients on major corporate events, capital allocation decisions, shareholder engagement strategies, and market positioning.
• Originate and execute new business opportunities, contributing to the continued growth of the advisory practice.
• Partner with senior leadership to expand the firm's market presence and client franchise.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior members of the team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Deliver strategic insights derived from market dynamics, investor perspectives, and industry trends.
• Work collaboratively across senior stakeholders internally to provide clients with best-in-class advice.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record within Equity Research, Strategic Advisory, Corporate Broking, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or a related advisory environment.
• Established relationships with senior corporate executives and management teams.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a highly client-facing environment and develop trusted adviser relationships.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience winning, developing, and growing client mandates.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the credibility to engage Board-level stakeholders.
• Previous leadership experience, including managing and developing teams.
• Deep sector expertise and a strong market profile within their coverage area.
