About us

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Learning & Development) to drive corporate training partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the growth of our Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills with a passion for helping organizations enhance workforce capabilities through innovative learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Learning & Development (L&D) domain.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and training partners.
  • Understand client training requirements and recommend suitable L&D solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and follow up until deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of training programs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Corporate Relations, or L&D are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
