Job Description

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, data science or solution architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise data implementation projects.
  • Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to design and review enterprise architectures.
  • Experience leading distributed development teams and coordinating cross-functional delivery.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

Preferred Technical Skills

  • Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
  • Integration patterns and API design
  • Data architecture and data modeling
  • Event-driven architectures and messaging platforms (Kafka/MSK)
  • Python, SQL preferred
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • GenAI (prompting, model selection, RAG pipelines) and exposure to building production models (evals, testing included)
  • Architecture governance and design review processes
