Role: L&A BA

Location: Remote

Contract

Need part time 10 -20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Act as the annuity domain SME across the lifecycle ? new business, servicing, and payouts.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the modernization scope.
• Support solution design, UAT, and defect resolution alongside dev and QA teams.
• Liaise between business stakeholders and the technical team to keep priorities aligned.

Must Have

• Solid annuity domain expertise (Fixed, Variable, Indexed).
• Experience with policy administration and the end-to-end annuity lifecycle.
• Strong requirement analysis and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience on platform modernization / core-system transformation programs.
• Exposure to PolicyLink policy admin system (a plus, not mandatory).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery
