-Practical AI experience” hands-on use in real work, not coursework or certificates.
-Architecture ownership designing ODS/EDW/data lakes, not just building mappings within an existing design.
-Both OLTP and dimensional modeling most candidates show one or the other.
-Executive communication” presenting to senior/C-suite stakeholders.
-Cloud DW depth    3+ years hands-on, AWS Redshift preferred; Informatica Cloud (IICS) preferred.
