We are seeking a skilled Roadside Mechanic to join a leading roadside assistance provider, renowned for keeping the UK moving for over 125 years. As a vital member of their patrol division, you will deliver expert mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and breakdown support to members when they need it most.

The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members facing vehicle issues.
• Handle a variety of tasks including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Operate from your home base, starting and finishing your day at your driveway.
• Combine technical expertise with outstanding member service on every call-out.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
