Life assurance, Vaccinations, Staff restaurant<br />We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an IT Infrastructure &amp; Security Technician to support the day-to-day operation, maintenance and security of a busy and evolving IT environment.<br />Why join our client?

• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure including networks, servers and user devices
• Support LAN, WAN, switches, Hyper-V, SAN and telephony systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and security incidents
• Assist with patching, updates and vulnerability remediation
• Support audit preparation including Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001 and GDPR
• Maintain security controls, policies and documentation
• Assist with IT stock management and procurement
• Support security awareness and training tracking
• Work with wider teams to resolve incidents in line with SLAs<br />What we are looking for
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an IT role
• Proven demonstratable experience in a similar role
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
• Experience with helpdesk systems and ticketing tools<br />Desirable
• Knowledge of O365, Hyper-V, Meraki or endpoint management tools
• Understanding of cyber security frameworks and practices
