Are you a Contracts Manager or Project Manager looking to step into a Contract Manager role from a Building Services or M&E background looking to take full ownership of high-value projects while enjoying a company car and managing your own diary?

This is a great opportunity to join a leading nationwide Mechanical and Electrical building services for the industrial and commercial industries. They design, manufacture, install and maintain building services and after continued growth and new contracts, they are looking for a Contract Manager to lead these new projects.

In this role you will primarily be working on site with their new contract at a date centre. You will be assigned 1 or 2 contracts and be responsible for managing the project lifecycle through to completion. This includes managing the financial aspect of the contract, working closely with other departments (Design, QS, Procurement), managing contractors and being to point of contact for clients.

This role would suit a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within the Building Services looking join a company with a steady pipeline of projects offering fantastic progression.

The Role:

• Manage your own diary, setting up meetings and appointments
• Manage subcontractors and lease with other departments
• Mainly onsite looking after the full contract and project lifecycle
• Mon-Thurs (8am-5pm, 2:30pm finish on Friday)
• Company car or car allowance

The Person:

• Contracts Manager or Project Manager from Building Services
• Willing to Commute to site in Derry/Londonderry and office in Newtownabbey
