Ice Cream Plant Excellence Leader (Lean & Digital)

The Magnum Ice Cream Company in New South Wales is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Lead (ManEx) to drive the ICMS implementation, manage projects and digital transformation at the Minto factory. You will report to the Site Director and lead the ICMS master plan.

You will develop KPI dashboards, coach pillar leaders, and deliver improvements in OEE, waste reduction and process standardisation while building a culture change towards zero loss.
