Solution recruitment are currently assisting a busy M&E contractor, that has been awarded a residential development in Brentford.

Spec To implement the companies Quality processes and check work is carried out to a high quality. • Site Inspections<br />• Provide written QC reports<br />• Technical Submittals<br />• Assisting the PMs and Supervisors on quality<br />• Create, update, and maintain the project submittal log and all other project specific quality control report<br />• Provide written QC reports<br />• Responsible for maintaining QA procedures on site and keeping all relevant records, files and reports for inspection<br />• Attend preconstruction meetings where required and assist QC Manager with all Quality Issues<br />• Assist Project Team with any QA questions<br />• Maintain continuous reporting to the Project Manager<br />• Prepare and track all RFl's<br />• Knowledge of Software such as BIM 360/ Fieldview<br />• Snagging the installation both on scheduled walkdowns and observations<br />• Snag list/ Sign off<br />• Ensuring accuracy of packs before client handover<br />• Preparing reports for management on quality issues<br />• Quality Walk around with Teams<br />• Ability to read and understand electrical &amp; mechanical drawings, specifications, and regulations.
