• Tableau Certification is Required
• Hands-on SSRS to Tableau Migration experience is Mandatory
• Experience migrating legacy BI platforms from Business Objects and QlikView to Tableau
• Strong experience with BI Platform Modernization and Dashboard Migration
• Public Sector (State/Federal/Local Government) experience is highly preferred.

• Extensive experience developing enterprise dashboards using Tableau.
• Strong expertise in Tableau Cloud and Tableau Prep.
• Proven experience migrating SSRS reports to Tableau dashboards.
• Experience modernizing BI platforms and migrating from Business Objects and QlikView to Tableau.
• Advanced SQL development and query optimization skills.
• Experience with data integration, ETL, and data quality methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle, DB2, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience using Python for data processing and automation.
• Experience with version control tools including Git, Bitbucket, and TFS.
• Experience supporting highly secure enterprise applications.
• Public Sector (Federal/State/Local Government) experience preferred.
