Job Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating cross functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects align with organizational goals. The Project Manager plays a key role in driving efficiency, managing risks, and supporting business growth in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CTO on managing the deliverables, keeping track of progress, and communicating in case of delays.
- Keep track of all tasks, releases, and delays. Should be able to plan for the projects, handling tasks and dependency.
- Responsible to run the daily scrum calls across development, AI, security and support.
- Responsible for preparing release plans and exec summary reports.
- Coordinate and oversee all activities, monitor progress, and highlight any issues or roadblocks that arise. Should be able to proactively identify obstacles.
- Communicate effectively between team members and stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans proactively.

Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant project management experience.
- Must have 2 years experience in React js, Node js and AWS as Team Lead.
- Must have 3 years experience in React js, Node js and AWS as Software Engineer.
Education:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Management, or a related field.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast growing or scaling organization.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Location Bangalore (Remote), India
Open for relocation to Bangalore after few months.
