Job Description

Job Title: Program Manager/ Project Manager

Location: Miami, Florida

Work Mode: On-site

Experience: 10+ years

Industry Focus: Wealth Management / Financial Services / IT Services & Analytics

Required Experience:

  • At least 12 years of experience in program or project management within Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of advisor workflows, client onboarding, custodial processes, compliance, and reporting.
  • Experience managing multisystem programs involving CRM, portfolio management, data platforms, and digital tools.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executivelevel presentation skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with business and technology teams.

Preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce, Azure, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Background in data governance, analytics, or digital transformation.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
  • Prior experience working with RIAs, brokerdealers, or wealth management technology vendor
