The Role As a Senior IT Project Manager, you'll lead multiple Microsoft technology and digital transformation projects simultaneously, taking ownership from pre-sales through mobilisation, delivery, commercial control and successful handover. Alongside project delivery, you'll work closely with the Head of Delivery to help improve Project Management standards, mentor colleagues and support the ongoing development of the wider delivery team. You'll remain hands-on throughout the project lifecycle whilst gaining exposure to larger programmes and wider delivery governance, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop towards Programme Management. What You'll Be Doing Deliver multiple end-to-end IT and digital transformation projects simultaneously.<br />Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-sales through delivery and successful client handover.<br />Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.<br />Manage project governance, planning, RAID logs, budgets, forecasting, reporting, risks and change control.<br />Lead cross-functional teams across consultants, technical specialists, third-party partners and customers.<br />Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality.<br />Support commercial performance and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships.<br />Mentor and coach the team, sharing knowledge and promoting delivery best practice.<br />Support wider programme delivery and continuous improvement initiatives across the PM function. What We're Looking For ✅ Proven experience delivering multiple concurrent IT or Digital Transformation projects. ✅ Experience delivering Microsoft-focused projects involving Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform or Copilot. ✅ Consultancy, Professional Services or Managed Services experience. ✅ Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management, budgeting, forecasting, financial control and commercial delivery. ✅ Experience managing multiple stakeholders, suppliers and technical delivery teams. ✅ Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies. ✅ Business analysis awareness with the ability to challenge and shape requirements. ✅ Experience mentoring, coaching or supporting other Project Managers. ✅ Exposure to Programme Management or large-scale transformation programmes would be highly advantageous. ✅ PRINCE2, APM or Agile certifications are desirable.
