## *Role Overview*

We are seeking an experienced *Technical Lead / Engineering Lead* with 10+ years of expertise in software engineering, solution architecture, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will bridge business objectives with technical execution by partnering with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring expertise in full-stack application development, cloud-native architectures, DevOps, and AI-enabled engineering practices. The candidate will lead end-to-end solution architecture, mentor an offshore development team, and drive the adoption of modern engineering practices, including Agentic AI solutions on AWS.
