The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repairs, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Respond to member requests for assistance, providing quick and confident solutions.
• Handle a variety of automotive issues, from basic maintenance to complex fault-finding.
• Start and end your workday from home, managing your schedule efficiently.
• Act as a customer-focused ambassador, offering reassurance and outstanding service.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience post-qualification.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
