Job Title: Workday Prism Reporting Consultant
Location: Anywhere in North America (Onshore)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Workday Prism Reporting Consultant to support post-go-live reporting initiatives. The consultant will work directly with business users and customers to gather requirements, create reporting specifications, and develop reporting solutions focused on Workday Time Tracking and Payroll data.

Must-Have Skills:
- Workday Prism Analytics
- Workday Reporting
- Strong functional knowledge of Payroll and Time Tracking data
- Requirements gathering and reporting specification creation
- Customer-facing consulting experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently

Good-to-Have Skills:
- Workforce Dimensions (WFD)
- ShiftWizard
- Dormakaba

Preferred Experience:
- Post-go-live support experience
- Healthcare workforce management domain experience
- Experience working directly with customers and business users
- Workday Payroll and Time Tracking reporting implementations
