10 years of experience developing web applications using .NET Framework 4.0 or higher
10 years of Service Oriented Architecture experience developing and securing Windows Communication Foundation
10 years of experience working with N-tier environments related to application development and deployment
10 years of experience with code repositories, code promotion, and recovery strategies using TFS
5 years of experience developing applications using Entity Framework 4.0 or later
5 years of experience developing reports using SSRS and SSIS and making them accessible within an MVC web application
5 years of experience developing projects using Agile methodology with TFS or DevOps
5 years of experience developing with Visual Studio including 2 years with Visual Studio 2019
5 years of experience using TFS or Azure DevOps including Git, Boards, and CI/CD pipelines

Job Overview:
The selected Consultants will work closely with the designated IT supervisor, project managers, other developers, and supporting staff in an Agile development environment. The work will include requirements gathering, application design, application development, testing, deployment, and technical support. The Consultants will be responsible for developing new applications and rewriting legacy applications as .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, Windows Forms, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and other technologies.

Job Duties:
Gather and analyze system and user requirements
Prioritize work based on elicited system and user requirements
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support .NET applications
Develop new applications using C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, Windows Forms, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and other technologies
Rewrite legacy applications as modern .NET applications
Develop ASP.NET MVC applications using ADO.NET
Develop ASP.NET applications using C#
Design and develop SQL Server databases
Optimize SQL queries
Create and maintain database tables, views, stored procedures, and functions
Develop web applications using .NET Framework 4.0 or higher
Develop and secure Windows Communication Foundation services within a Service Oriented Architecture
Develop and deploy applications within N-tier environments
Manage code repositories, code promotion, and recovery strategies using TFS
Develop applications using Entity Framework 4.0 or later
Develop reports using SSRS and SSIS
Make SSRS and SSIS reports accessible within MVC web applications
Develop projects using Agile methodology with TFS or DevOps
