Position: ServiceNow Architect/Developer

Remote, Harrisburg, PA (Occasional Travel)

Job Description:

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, PPM/SPM, and CSM modules depending on engagement
• Lead technical design sessions with client stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable platform architecture
• Define integration patterns between ServiceNow and third-party systems (REST/SOAP/MID Server/Integration Hub)
• Establish platform guardrails configuration vs. customization standards, data model discipline, environment promotion strategy
• Produce Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), HLD documentation, and integration design specs
• Guide and review developer work; mentor junior team members
• Participate in client-facing delivery leadership alongside Turiya's engagement principal

Required

• 8 12+ years in IT, with at least 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture experience
• Deep expertise across ITSM core modules; strong working knowledge of ITOM, PPM/SPM, or CSM is a plus
• Solid grasp of integration architecture REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub
• Certifications: CSA required; CIS (ITSM or relevant module) and/or CTA strongly preferred
• Experience in public sector, transportation, or regulated environments is a real differentiator here
• Strong communicator you can hold your own in an exec room and in a dev review in the same afternoon
• Comfortable working in an Agile/iterative delivery model.
