Head of Strength & Conditioning - School Sports Leadership

Brighton Grammar School in Melbourne is seeking a Head of Strength and Conditioning to lead and develop the S&C program for students and staff. This full-time role reports to the Director of Sport and drives LTAD-aligned training, wellbeing and performance across year groups.

The successful candidate will manage a team, oversee facilities and deliver sport science services, including GPS monitoring and fitness testing, while building strong relationships with students and coaches.
