The Role

• Monitor and operate CNC-controlled machines and equipment
• Convert machines according to specifications
• Oversee production processes to prevent downtime
• Conduct quality control checks
• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks

What You'll Need

• Experience in machine operation; setup experience is advantageous
• Preferably knowledge in CNC grinding, turning, or milling
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Reliability and a meticulous work ethic
• High motivation and a strong quality awareness
• Ability to work independently
