Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accounts Manager - CA Inter, based in Pune Division. The position involves managing the accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and auditing processes. The responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, overseeing tax filings, managing budgets, and leading a team to ensure smooth financial management. The Senior Accounts Manager will collaborate across teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
• Strong skills in Compliance, Taxation, and Auditing
• Knowledge of Financial Analysis and Cash Flow Management
• Team Leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior staff
• Advanced expertise in Accounting Software and MS Office tools
• CA Intermediate qualification is required
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
• Experience in financial management within relevant industries is preferred
