The Role • Provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. • Support the leadership team in managing daily operations and training staff. • Handle a variety of tasks within the sales floor and stockroom. • Manage incoming goods, including quality checks and visual merchandising. • Maintain freshness and stock levels for perishable items like produce and baked goods. • Perform cashier duties and assist with general store maintenance and inventory.
