Mechanical Project Manager

Our client, a well-established and reputable Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Contractor , is looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their office near Edinburgh.

With a strong track record in commercial fit-outs, Design & Build projects and renewable installations, they deliver high-quality mechanical and electrical solutions across the Central Belt Scotland

The Role

You will take full ownership of mechanical project delivery — from pre-construction through to successful handover. Managing budgets, programmes, design coordination, supply chain, and client relationships on commercial and fit-out schemes.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the Building Services / MEP sector
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, pipework, ventilation and mechanical installations
• Solid experience delivering Design & Build projects
• Good commercial awareness and cost control skills
• Strong leadership and client-facing abilities
• Relevant certifications (SMSTS / CSCS etc.) preferred
