Job Title: Planview Consultant

Location: Onshore / REMOTE (Client is based in GA)
Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)
Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Planview Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Planview Enterprise One / Portfolios to support implementation, enhancement, and support for a global client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure and customize Planview Enterprise One / Planview Portfolios
• Gather requirements from onshore stakeholders and translate into Planview solution design
• Work on Resource Management, Project Financials, Timesheets, Strategic Planning, Roadmaps, Work and Assignment Management
• Configure lifecycles, portfolio work types, request management, and reporting
• Develop and maintain Power BI / Planview native reports and dashboards
• Support integrations with Jira, SAP, ServiceNow, ADO via connectors / APIs
• Perform system admin activities - user management, security, maintenance, upgrades
• Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot functional / technical issues
• Coordinate with onshore team in Agile mode

Required Skills:

• 6-8 years overall IT experience with minimum 4+ years in Planview
• Strong expertise in Planview Enterprise One / Planview Portfolios / PPM Pro (AdaptiveWork)
• Good understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management & Financial Management processes
• Experience in Planview configuration - Strategy, Planning, Work Management, Financials
• Experience with Planview reporting - Portfolio, Resource, Financial reports
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management - will work directly with EU client
• Experience in Agile / Scrum methodology
• Experience with Planview LeanKit / AgilePlace Knowledge of SQL and REST APIs for integrations
• Good to Have: Planview Certification
