Job Description

Oracle Guided Learning Functional consultant

We are seeking an Oracle Guided Learning Consultant to create, maintain, and update user guidance and business process knowledge for Oracle Fusion HCM.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Oracle Guided Learning content.
Develop business process knowledge bases to support AI and large language models.
Collaborate with HR functional leads and subject matter experts.
Document processes, system updates, and knowledge gained during transition.
Support OGL administration and content updates.
Complete required OGL training and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

Must have Familiarity with HR processes.
Strong collaboration and excellent communication skills. ( they would be interacting with senior level people and everyone in HR so Must have great communication skills.)
Willingness to learn Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Guided Learning.
Ability to document and retain technical for OGL and functional knowledge.
Interest in developing OGL administration skills.

Interest in supporting AI-enabled business process knowledge management
