·       Proven track record of leading multiple engineering teams successfully.

·       Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience in AI technologies.

·       Demonstrated expertise in implementing AI-first approaches, including creating AI agents and harnesses.

·       Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI (GenAI).

·       Proficiency in Microsoft technology stack, including Azure cloud services and .NET framework.

·       Strong programming skills in Python and React.

·       Experience with DevOps practices, including GitHub repositories and GitHub Actions pipelines.

·       Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Factory AI.

·       Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
